Policy
DeadBlud is a women-owned business and we hope to give back to the community and help to lower impact that the fashion industry has on the environment. For now, we have started by banning all plastic from our packaging. We hope to do much more as we grow.

Shipping
We offer free US Shipping on orders over $75 USD. Every purchase over $150 USD will receive an exclusive DB pouch bag and orders over $175 USD will also receive DB socks. Some products are made-to-order, please allow 4-7 business days handling period for all orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 2 days from your receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tag. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate. To start your return, please email us with your order details.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@deadblud.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@deadblud.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. We will accept returns for online store credit as long as we are contacted within 2 days of when order was delivered.

Some products are made-to-order, please allow 4-5 business handling period for all orders.
